Remote Support

Please contact your place-of-purchase to find out if remote support is available.  If it is, they may instruct you to use something other than TeamViewer.

If you are instructed to use TeamViewer for remote support, please click INSTALL TEAM VIEWER and then run it.

 

Once it is running, the following screen will be displayed showing your unique ID number.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Email or call your support technician to provide the ID number that is displayed (not here, but on the actual Team Viewer program that you will see after you install and then run Team Viewer).

 

 Your support technician will then be able to remotely access your pc.
