Remote Support

To temporarily install TEAM VIEWER for Remote Support or to view a Demonstration:

1. Click: INSTALL TEAM VIEWER QUICK VERSION-4 then click "Run", then click "Run" again.

2. When your DIGITEL SUPPORT window pops up, email or call us with the ID it shows.

We will then be able to remotely access your pc to assist you.

To permanently install TEAM VIEWER on your pc for on-going Remote Support:

1. Click: INSTALL TEAM VIEWER FULL VERSION-4 then click "Run", then click "Run" again.

2. Set the options for "Personal Use", "Boot with Windows", and set the Password to "12345".

3. When your TEAM VIEWER window pops up, email or call us with the "Wait For Session" ID is shows.

To join a Demo Conference Call, please call 1-760-569-0111 and enter 275246# when prompted to enter your Access Code.
