  Remote Support

  If you are instructed to use Team Viewer for remote support or to see a demonstration:

  1.  Click:  INSTALL TEAM VIEWER (Quick Version 4) 

  2.  When an installation window pops up, click "Run", then click "Run" again.

  3.  When your Team Viewer window pops up, email or call us with the ID it shows.

  We will then be able to remotely access your pc to assist you.

  If you are instructed to install the "Full" version of Team Viewer for remote support:

  1.  Click:  INSTALL TEAM VIEWER (Full Version 4)

  2.  Follow the on-screen instructions, selecting "For Personal Use".

  3.  When your Team Viewer window pops up, email or call us with the ID it shows under "Wait For Session".
