ReportGenie version 23.00.01 "Review Mode" 2/22/10 456pm

1.  Added a Reviewer report criteria parameter so Reviewed reports can be generated.

2.  Fixed (since 23.00.00a) intermittent runtime error due to certain calendar
    from/to settings.

3.  Added a Main Menu and a Get Latest Dictation Data key to allow quick access to those
    functions.
